Process
What you can expect from Classic Creations Design…
Pre-Paid Packages:
Your completed transaction constitutes a binding contract for services. Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an email with details, including a project time frame. All draft copies and samples will be posted on our site for viewing during the process, and images may be watermarked. If you prefer not to use the online drafts, we can create a secure pdf for you to view. We do not provide actual image files until your project is complete.
Custom Design Work:
Upon sending us your completed quote form, you will receive a quote for your project that will include a contract. If you are happy with your quote, you should send your signed contract (both copies) to us via US Mail, to activate your project. Once your project has begun, all draft copies and samples will be posted on our site for viewing during the process, and images may be watermarked. If you prefer not to use the online drafts, we can create a secure pdf for you to view. We do not provide actual image files until your project is complete. Your contract will stipulate specifics such as number of concepts or revisions allowed on logo/graphic design.
For Custom Design over $1,000:
A 50% down payment will be due upon the return of your signed contract, with the final balance due at completion of your project. Rights to graphics and/or materials are not transferred to the client, until final payment has been received (any personal checks must clear to be considered “received”).
Shipping of Print Media
Shipping is done through the US Postal Service and is always sent via Priority Mail.
Websites:
Once your project begins, we will send you a “mockup” of your site-basically, a snapshot of the home page. This helps us to get the overall design just right, and then we can implement your website. At that time, we will upload a “place holder” page, that is an introduction of your website….a sort of “Coming Soon” type page. This is the stage when your content will need to be ready. We will then work on the interior pages and upload them as we go. Your place holder page will not have links to the interior page, so there will be no “live links”.
Website design can take from 2 weeks to 6 weeks, and is dependent upon communication and preparedness. If you have your content ready, the process goes much quicker (obviously).
THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS:
Toll Free Phone Service and Website Hosting are provided through a third party. Classic Creations will always assist you with any issues that arise out of your purchase of these products, however we are a reseller, and are not responsible for matters that pertain to those individual companies.
PROJECT CD:
A CD containing all project files is available to every client for $18 (mailed to you insured Priority).
CUSTOM DESIGN PROJECT PAYMENTS:
We use PayPal’s invoicing system to process payments at this time. PayPal does not require users to have an account in their system to make payments via credit or debit card. Payment may be made via Check or Money Order, however graphics will not be released until all payments have cleared.
